Red Fife 100% whole Red Fife
Light Red Fife A 50-50 blend of Whole RF and white flour with whole RF kernels
Spelt 100% whole spelt
Light Spelt Poppy A 50-50 blend of Whole Spelt and white flour with a poppy seed crust
Kamut 100% whole Kamut
Rye-Wheat 100% whole grain 50-50 split
Cinnamon Raisin 10% whole wheat with sultana raisins


Made with care and lots of real butter + sweetened with organic cane sugar

Brioche  a soft and decadent bread made in both loaf and dinner roll size
